This was posted on Digg today, but has been known by those who use OpenWRT for quite a while. An individual, TheIndividual, has some pretty good insight into how Sveasoft operates and as a former Sveasoft subscriber, I can confirm most the TI’s claims.

Bottom line, avoid Sveasoft, and use OpenWRT or DD-WRT for modifying your WRT54G or WRT54GS.

Update: If you are a Sveasoft subscriber who pays via pay pal, don’t forget to remove your subscription payment. It is under your account history. From there select subscriptions from the pull down and you’ll be able to manage your subscriptions from there. Sveasoft post on cancelling.
